Welcome to Controversies in EM!

Hello everyone! After one day on a facebook post, I decided to create this forum. Every physician practices differently. There are multiple ways of doing things, and all of them may be right. Then again, some may be wrong. As we develop our careers and practice, we will have successes and we will have failures. The art of medicine is constantly undergoing change. We will always or should always be learning to enhance/improve upon the care we provide to patients. If you ever have a question and wonder what to do, here is where you can post it. Learn from people's mistakes, strive to always be better.

This is open to all of those that work in an emergency department. Physicians, mid-levels, nurses, paramedics, and techs. Ask questions, and hopefully find answers.
