Hi,

Intrapleural pressure is lower in patients with emphysema? Why is this? Do the alveolar sac converge make it lower. 4. Hypoxic hypoxia is a recognized feature in anaemia? I don't understand why partial pressure oxygen remains normal when, Hb is reduced. Does the blood flow increase such a high amount for dissolved oxygen to maintain partial pressure of oxygen. 5. Hypoxic hypoxia is a recognized feature in increased bronchiolar tone?
